St Andrew’s Hospital

St Andrew’s Hospital is Australia’s largest stand-alone independent private hospital on South Terrace in Adelaide.

St Andrew’s Hospital’s Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Centre open in early 2024, and our Coordinating Chaplain, Jenski, is the Centre Director.

CPE is a unique educational process for people involved in various contexts where they offer spiritual or pastoral care, such as Hospitals, Prisons, Schools, Defence Force, Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, Aged Care, Nursing Homes, or faith communities.

Students will learn how to be present to others who are experiencing distress and how to offer grounded spiritual interventions informed by self-awareness and best practices.
